General Terms and Conditions. G Squared Leisure is a trade name for G Squared UK Limited (“G Squared”,”we” or “us”) whose address is Unit 21 Focus 303 Business Centre, Focus Way, Walworth Industrial Estate, Andover, Hampshire. Terms of use. Access to and use of this site (www.g2-leisure.com) is provided by G Squared subject to the following terms:
Ownership of rights. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned / managed or licenced by G Squared. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part without the permission of G Squared is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose without the written permission of G Squared.
Accuracy of Content. G Squared has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure the prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been described as fairly and accurately as possible. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
Prices may be displayed including or excluding VAT. VAT will be charged at the current rate at time of order placement.
Packaging may vary from that shown or stated. Adequate packaging will be used to transport the goods.
Weights and dimensions given are approximate.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and computer system, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. G squared disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. G Squared shall not be liable to any person or organisation for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Intellectual Property. The names, images and logos identifying G Squared or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication , estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright or G Squared or any other third party.
Damage to your computer or software system. G Squared make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However we cannot Guarentee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer of software system. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out or prevent from entering anything that may damage it. G Squared shall not be liable to any person or organisation for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment or software systems as a result of using this website.
Security. It is the responsibility of those using the website for maintaining the confidentiality of any information which can affect the security of data and or individuals, or any activities that occur under your account or use of the Website. G Squared or any of its associates (includes suppliers and payment processing organisations) shall not be liable to any person or organisation for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you or individuals associated with you to protect your password, account or personal information which can be considered confidential.
Availability. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Ordering Errors. Goods wrongly supplied by G Squared will be replaced or re-funded as quickly as possible. Goods wrongly ordered may not be able to be exchanged or refunded. G Squared reserves the right not to refund or exchange goods that have been supplied correctly to order.
Guarantee.Please retain your delivery note, which is supplied with your goods. This will act as a proof of purchase and will validate the date from which the guarantee starts.
Goods are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
Faulty parts should be returned to G Squared with proof of purchase, you will then be contacted and the goods refunded or replaced as soon as possible.
The Guarantee is only valid within the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and/or Channel Islands. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or not following the instructions or normal wear and tear.
Returning goods. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and include a proof of purchase.
Delivery / Carriage Charges. Delivery charges vary depending upon the weight of the order, the service required and are clearly shown on the website. These charges cannot be refunded.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of Order. If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Acceptance of your order is conditional upon G Squared being able to supply the parts at the required price.
Delivery Delays. Occasionally the supply of goods can be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as higher than anticipated demand, or supplier shortages. We will make every effort to keep you informed and keep delays to a minimum.
Supplier Deliveries. All goods should be supplied and delivered as per order. G Squared should be informed of any goods, which are going to be delivered late and a new date specified by the supplier. G Squared reserve the right not to pay carriage on any goods, which are delivered late.
Personal Injury. Goods purchased and used are done so purely at the discretion of the individual. G Squared accept no liability for personal injury to oneself or others or damage to property.
Adequate room should always be allowed around any apparatus or equipment to ensure safe use of the equipment and to prevent injury to individuals or damage to property.
Payment terms. Suppliers will be paid 60 days End of Month (EOM) from receipt of invoice, unless previously agreed and specified on the purchase order.
Customer purchases must be paid for in full upon collection or prior to shipping, unless previously agreed in writing. If credit terms are agreed then G Squared reserve the right to charge 5% interest above the current bank base rate for every month the debt remains unpaid past the agreed terms. This may be compounded each subsequent month the debt remains outstanding.
Cancellation of Order. Orders can be cancelled prior to despatch from G Squared. This may incur a charge depending upon the goods ordered. In some instances this could be as much as 100% of the purchase cost. If an order is cancelled you will be informed of the appropriate cancellation fee.
Use of this website from outside the UK. Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who wish to access this website from the United Kingdom. G Squared make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Law. These terms and conditions and any website on which they are displayed and any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. |
